For U.S. UPS Ground Transit times, please visit www.usps.com. All other domestic delivery types should arrive before the end of the corresponding business day offered by the shipping method. For example, a 2nd Day Air order placed on Monday before 3:00 PM EST will arrive on Wednesday. If ordered after 3:00 PM EST it will arrive on Thursday. Please note that we do not offer UPS Saturday delivery, therefore, if you order before 3:00PM EST on Friday with Next Day Air shipping, your order will arrive on Monday.
International Shipping
Orders outside of the United States can select either USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. International orders ship within 3 business days. Estimated delivery time for Priority Mail International is 10-15 business days. Estimated delivery time for Express Mail International is 6-10 business days. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by their respective countries.
UPS Expedited to Canada (Alternative to USPS)
Orders to Canada can also be shipped door-to-door with tracking and pre-include discounted, pre-paid brokerage and GST charges for your convenience (except in YT & NT Provinces). This is through a special agreement we have with UPS and you will not have to pay any fees upon delivery as they are already pre-paid at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. Delivery time frame depends on customs processing.
Military and Alaska/Hawaii
Orders to military addresses and AK, HI, PR & GU are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders ship within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time for AK, HI, PR & GU is 3-5 business days. Please note that there is no estimated delivery time for military mail due to military mail procedures. - Privacy Policy

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

- We are proud to accept any product in its original, odor-free, unused or unworn condition (with any tags) for up to 30 days from the date of shipment - without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. For your protection, undergarments, swim suits, mouth guards, protective cups, fight socks, compression shorts and supplements cannot be returned, even if they are new.
All returns must be issued an RMA number in advance which can be obtained by contacting Concede Fight Gear, LLC. As we do not process exchanges, please follow the normal returns process and simply place a new order for the desired product. - Ordering
- Processing Time
Unless specifically noted on the product page (such as custom orders), your order should be shipped the same business week (M-F) as long as it is received before 3:00 PM EST (international and military shipments take one additional day to process). If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail. Also, due to payment type, and the company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if we are unable to verify your billing or shipping information. - Billing Address and P.O. Boxes
If you are paying by credit card, your billing address must match your credit card billing address (i.e. the address your statements are sent to). Also, please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. - Terms & Conditions
